Type your first name and the year you were born, then touch the big red button. After that, just touch what you want on the next screen: tell a story about something you remember, add a picture, read the stories you have already saved, or have a conversation. When you are finished, touch "I'm done for today".
A son, daughter or grandchild usually sets up the LifeBook first at MyLifeBook.us, and the whole family can read and add to it. Nothing here is hard, and you cannot break anything.
